We love Dave and Eric in the Service Department- they get things done, ordered and installed in record time and it is done correctly. We have RV dealers closer to our home but its worth the 1 1/2 hour drive for the guys who care and know what they are doing AND LISTEN!

We brought the camper in as instructed in November 2024 to have our refrigerator fixed and as of April 14, 2025 we have not heard from anyone my husband went in and was told the camper was fixed to the best of their abilities, which does not install confidence in us the camper has been a headache from the beginning. The service has been horrendous and no one at grand design or Alpin house wants to seem to help us. We’re only told that we hope this summer the camper doesn’t spend the whole summer in the shop. I will tell everyone and anyone I know that Alpin house is not a quality service or sales company as far as RV purchases go. I will also tell anyone and everyone I know that I would camp in a tent before I ever by grand design again. The camper basically ruined our whole summer last year and again we’ve reached out to multiple levels at Alpin house and no one seems to be able to get it right.
Customer service was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate for even a second to return for future purchases.

Everything went pretty smooth there are issues with the motor home that came up on the drive home which are Tifffins to deal with , , your shop was very professional, and took time to explain things even helped us hook up the tow hitch and braking system if I lived in the area, I would definitely come back for service and I would recommend people to your dealership

The people in the service department were terrific. When I picked up my new camper I had some problems with my hitch and they did a minor repair so the hitch would work safely. They made me feel likea truly valued customer.
