I took my camper to have it inspected on Tuesday (NYS) inspection and the forever warantee> The trailer failed the NYS inspection and I was told the springs were flat. I was told that someone would call with a quote on the cost for new springs. On Friday no one called so I called and I told you I needed the trailer in 6 weeks so we could use it to get to a wedding. I was told you would try to expidite the repair and someone would call so you could get a down payment to order the parts. I was told t would take a couple of weeks to get the parts when you finally order them.. As yet I have not heard from anyone. I have already cancelled one trip because the campground I go to will charge $100 if you don't cancel at least 1 week before the date of the reservation. I guess I will have to call again on Monday to see if any progress has been made. Part of the problem seems to be you are looking into putting in a claim on the extended warrante. At this point I will pay for the repairs just to get my camper fixed.

Mike P. Did a super fantastic job to the both of us in getting us the perfect started travel trailer. We got the Catalina 134bhx travel trailer and it tows behind the SUV very nicely and the prep team did a fantastic job getting the hitch fitment and wiring to fit the vehicle too! I will definitely recommend family to shop with you guys!

Alpine Haus in my opinion is # 1 for service. On two occasions I needed advice and a small repair. I left their repair center each time with the the matter resolved and the item fixed. Every one was so friendly and cared about getting me off on time for my vacation trip.
From the initial online inquire on the best price available for a particular unit, was contacted by a sales representative. Dave Nied was fantastic to deal with during the process. Any and all questions were answered in a timely manner. During the finance process Keith Todd the Business manager was available for any questions. Upon arriving at Alpine Haus RV of Orange County were pleasant and welcoming. Very much looking forward to the end process with the Inspection and demonstration of our secondary residence. Great Team to deal with.

Unit advertised had no spare tire , sales didn’t answer in a timely manner or at all & claimed his phone was on silent. The power jack didn’t work properly when ready to take home. Get the unit home & experience all sorts of problems, primarily electrical. No help with a solution, just promises of a solution. The TT that we hoped to be a great time for our family for years to come .., became a major problem. Thanks Alpin Haus for a piece of junk
You have some of the best products on the market . Having just bought a new 5th whl Ihaven't really used any of the services other than to make the deal .all of those involved were fantastic .
