Very disappointed about your warranty work it shouldn’t take weeks two months to fix something out in warranty. I am told that you do not keep Parts in stock since I bought my camper. It’s been back there four times for little warranty work and had to wait weeks for parts through the company. If this is your procedure and you do not keep the parts on stock. Why can’t you keep these parts in stock fix it faster and restock when my parts come in. I just do not understand it if it was off warranty I could’ve ordered my parts and had it delivered to my house within three days. I’ve had 4 to 5 friends by campers there in the west two years that I’ve recommended. I was hoping when you move to your new location and you had more base for your mechanics, it would go faster not happy at all the people there are very nice, but I do not agree with your warranty work.

When I bring my unit in for service/ repair I want to speak to a service person not a desk jockey. I don’t like the ‘new’ Alpin Haus. Alpin was personal and friendly when I bought the GD trailer in Port Jervis, now it’s cold, efficient and distant. I don’t like it but feel trapped because I bought our trailer from Alpin Haus.
I am impressed with sales and follow-up with the service department they have gone above and beyond.And to make my r v experience a good one

Our sales experience was great, but our experience with service has been an ongoing challenge (starting with our first trailer in 2023). I have currently sent 3 emails to service, with no response to date (most recent was last week). We dropped the trailer off for in/out winter storage and roof inspection on October 16 in Amsterdam location. I was just asking if there were any issues found that needed to be addressed during the inspection (this is a new 2024 Grand Design). I think there is an opportunity to improve how to track customer inquiry responses (if they get responded to, and how long does it take to respond). Don and Jim were very patient and went over the sale of our new Motor Home so we understood everything.
Don has been so good answering our questions long after the sale.
We have purchased motor homes, campers, motor cycles, canoe's and all types of items in the store over 50 years and have never had a problem.
We always get our service done in Amsterdam even though it is not close to home but we know they do it right and in a timely fashion.
Our experience with Alpine Haus was enjoyable
Our salesman Charles was informative polite and gave us our space to talk and look at what we were looking for. Charles was always available for questions or for whatever we needed in our purchase. Everyone was nice and courteous

Brought in my 2024 Cougar. The dead bolt did not work from inside or the key. The unit was less than a year old. I was told they fixed it. When checking my credit card I found I was charged for the repair. Really, the lock was not functioning. I even wrote a email to Andy Heck and got no response.
I have purchased 5 rv’s from Alpin Haus. I do not consider this acceptable.
