Improve communication specific to customer concern and questions
Our camper that we bought from you that was only a year old apparently had slider issues that we weren’t aware of because we trusted that your technicians had looked it over carefully before selling it! Now insurance won’t cover it or the company so we are stuck with ten thousand folars worth of repairs on a camper that we have only used line four times in the less than two years we have owned it! We brought it to you guys two years to be inspected so your technicians should have found the defect while it was still under warranty and backed up the oversight of selling a defective camper to us!!!!
The friendly considerate way I am treated when I come in for service or to buy a new camper. The technician that worked on my camper also came to me to tell me I might need a new anode for my hot water heater and directed me to the one I needed.

A very professional operation. Straightforward and quick negotiation from James. They met all expectations and did what was promised and on time. Everything was ready and properly prepped. Joshua made the paperwork and transaction easy. Walkthrough was excellent and complete. I’m a very tough customer and I was impressed. Follow up has been excellent too.

From opening the door, to personal customer experience to explanations, the Apline Haus Team is beyond experienced, knowledgable and friendly. The entire process is beyond words, something you lonky see on T.V as a commercial, these folks are the real deal.

Camper is there for problematic glide for the 4th or 5th time. Was told it’s the motor and how much do we want to spend. The motor has been replaced once already and didn’t fix the problem!! No one looked into warranty. No one has called back with update in days. I truly wish we had never purchased this camper. It’s been nothing but problems with service department. Poor communication and still not fixed. No one looks back to see that this has been an ongoing problem.
Loose nail in floor- we were told it was put together wrong from the factory but would be a costly fix. Should be a warranty issue!!!! I am so tired of dealing with this place and this camper. Awful!
The Staff was extremely friendly. We look forward to picking up our new camper in the spring.

Service department technicians Bill and Eric and service advisor Treay J. were very helpful with solving problems with my motorhome over the past year.
Everyone seemed very experienced in there own space. What a pleasure it was doing business there.
I had purchased my RV and it was a great experience!
They were attentive to me especially because this was my first RV purchase.
At the end of the season they stored it and let me check in on it during the winter season.
I scheduled my pickup for April and I asked them to take care of some items which they already did and informed me of all completed work.
So far not only was sales department great at time of purchase ( thankyou Heather) but so far so good with with the service department as well. It's been a very satisfying experience overall so thankyou to all who has helped me at the Alpine Haus!

The little details make all the difference.
I was pleased with the lady that handled my paperwork. She handed me my receipt along with the numbered tag that corresponded with my key. It was neatly organized, written, and stapled when it was handed to me. First good impression.
I asked her where are my trailer was parked so I could go retrieve it. By the time I got outside to where she told me it would be, your staff already had it pulled out and waiting for me for an easy hook up. Good second impression.
When I inspected the work that your technicians done, I was also very pleased.
All-around good experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have somebody answer the phone when a call comes in. It did take me several tries before I got somebody, however, I did not leave a voicemail, so that was my own doing.

It's professional service from the moment you walk through the door. We were impressed with the honesty and relaxed friendly atmosphere. It's easy to talk to friends and family about our experience when it was so positive. A definite thumbs up. 👍
