MONTHS PAYING ON A CAMPER IS CRAZY FOR PEOPLE UP IN AGE LIKE 60,S
ITS NO TELLING WHAT COULD HAPPEN DOWN THE ROAD AND THE MONEY YOU WASTED .
ITS A GREAT PLACE AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO MANY PEOPLE.

Driving from Michigan on our way to Maine with 5th wheel in tow we experienced a major mechanical failure. A broken leaf spring bracket. Rick, aka off-season Santa, as well as Jennifer and other impressive staff went out of their way on a Friday to improvise and fix the problem. Even though they were super busy and booked out over a week, the team bent over backwards to help us get back on the road safely! And not at “emergency” pricing but at a reasonable cost. Thank you for your outstanding service!
My first encounter was with Amanda who introduced herself and ask if she could help me, which she did. Extremely welcoming, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She also introduced me to Kevin who did the work on my Motorhome and explained everything. I was also introduced to other staff members. They all made me feel very comfortable while at Alpin Haus. I would and will recommend this location to all who need service. I will continue coming here as well for all services needed. Priced right and fast service. Thank you all for the pleasant experience.

Salesman Jake Reinhart was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable . Also very patient while we decided on what camper to choose. Anyone looking to buy a camper should see Jake. Technician Steven was also great during the demonstration of our new camper. He was thorough and personable.

Jim the gentleman that did the demo of the RV was knowlegeable about the unit and found the the answers to the questions he could not answer. My service advisor, Jennifer did an outstanding job. Worked with my warantee, got the parts and them installed, quickly and correctly. Got my 5th wheel back in no time. Great experience.

Waiting on complicating repairs which I have confidence in Alpin based on honest communications from our service advisor Theresa. Also in finding out that their service techs don't come and go but are valued employees who stay for years.

The team gives you a 110% and helps you to learn and work through any issues with your camper when you have one. They are really quick about helping you getting your camper fixed and up to speed so you have limited time on any repairs.
I always had great service at Alpine Haus,, you might have to be patient sometime to get your RV work on but it got done, the technician were all knowledgeable. There whole service department are great,

From a pop-up to now a solitude 5th wheel, don't get me wrong, I had issues with them all but Alpine Haus took care of everything in a timely manner.

They were very friendly and did a thorough job.
The service department was able to order the part and fix the awning in a timely manner. The service department kept us up to date on the progress of the repair.
We stopped into the sales department and David Nied listened to us as to what we would like to have in our future trailer. David showed us around the travel trailer lot and followed up with an email and layouts of trailers.
Recent trip there for service was very good. Greg Melita was helpful as well as John and Erik.

I had a brown out at home and it ruined my surge protector , my coach had no shore power. I called Dave at the service dept and he over nighted my part and the nx day his service technician installed it. That is customer service !!!! I would only buy another motor home from Alpin Haus in Amsterdam. Your faulcity is clean with a nice waiting room. Thank you very much .

Very knowledgeable sales personnel in Oakridge. I was very impressed with sales rep Mike. He was very honest with us, and very low pressure. My advice is; keep him, he is an asset to your business.
Had an 11:00 appt made months ago. Was not taken till almost noon! We travel a distance. Will find another place to go!
