This is the second time I’ve had you guys come out customer service is great I liked the technician was very friendly and professional. DJ was awesome. Carpets came out as expected wife is very happy and excited about our carpets cleaned we will continue to use you in the future.

The workers were very helpful and professional. They explained everything before they began working. I did notice tow spots on the hardwood floors, I texted them and they were apologetic and told me to email customer service for a redo.

Excellent communication and customer service from scheduling thru completion! DJ let me know what time he would be at my home and upon arrival he took the time to walk through the process with me. First....our white carpet looks amazing after 2 years of not cleaning (the pandemic kept us from visitors and family gatherings! so didn't have the carpet cleaned)
Second...as before, the person cleaning our carpet was extremely efficient, kind and caring. Felt very comfortable having him do our carpet in the living room (a very large living room), dining room and our stairs. We are preparing to sell our home and downsize and it is very presentable even the stairway carpet which is original with the house built in 1976. The carpets show very little wear and tear (after 4 children and 9 grandchildren constantly on the stairs!). I think we shocked the representative on the age of the stairway carpet! I think he felt gratified that they came very clean and the pile is almost like new...again.

I really appreciated the flexibility of the Zerorez staff in rescheduling our cleaning during the crazy weather of the 2021 holidays.

On the day of cleaning, Garrett arrived ready to go. He was so great about explaining the process and did a fantastic job!

My only regret is that I didn't take any BEFORE pictures! Our carpet was in bad shape with years of stains that didn't clean up fully when they happened and were only enhanced with the dirt of day-to-day traffic. I was ready to hear that they would likely be there forever. Much to my surprise, THEY ARE GONE!

Zerorez cleaned my carpets and I'm very satisfied with the overall experience. The representative who came to my home was courteous and professional. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on is way and provided an ETA based upon GPS. When he arrived, he thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. When the work was complete, we walked the treated areas and he again explained what to expect. It's been two days and everything still looks great, no stains have reappeared and our 16 year old carpets look and smell brand new.

The guys are very professional and careful ! I am glad you do not use harsh chemicals.
