I liked the fact that he went over the carpet twice over the whole thing and made a real thorough attempt to get out a stain. Always used Stanley before but I’m changing now.

Very nice technician. Showed me the animal stains which were not visible. Overall he did a very good job and made the carpets look fresh. He also took care of any kind of odor possible after the cleanup. Very satisfied.

You guys have cleaned for us several times and we have always been very happy with the service.

This time was the first time we have had an area rug cleaned. I'm wondering if, when it was still damp from the cleaning, it looked all the way clean. But when I got home from work I could see that the two high traffic areas still looked dirty. Just so you know...

You folks have a good web site. Only 2 things i can suggest - ID the stores where can take a rug to & speak to a human . B The returned cleaned rugs were great- one seemed a little damp- so i hung it up- fine in 1 day. The personal service i got by e mail text and in person exemplary(Ana)

Technician, Dominic, was friendly, informative, did a great job cleaning area rug, loveseat and badly pet stained rug in basement without the expensive pretreatment.
Dominic brought his vaccination card as I requested and wore his mask at all times that he was in my house. I complimented him on his people skills and work ethic. He is a real asset to your company I will definitely use zerorez again especially if I can ask for Dominic.

DJ who was here yesterday was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice and personable, excellent communication and did a great job with the carpets and couch that needed to be cleaned.

I like the products that you use. They do not have a strong odor. The carpets dry quickly, that is a plus. Thank you for deducting 20% off my billing statement because of poor timing.

No smell quick dfying

Even though I had to pay the 3-room price for doing one room that is 11'x 12', I would still utilize this company the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Had a couple of stains that I did not think could be removed, but were done at an acceptable level of removal.
