We had a terrific experience with the company. From the initial contact (a LIVE PERSON actually called me back!), to our carpet cleaning technician, to the final results, was pleasant and professional. The only thing we found was that they did run on the more expensive side; my bill went up several hundred $$ after the tech came in and went through all the treatments that would benefit our home. I will still continue to use this company though!

Very professional service by Garrett who single handedly cleaned our wood floors, tile floors, shower areas, area rug, and an extensive air duct system.

He was very courteous, professional and took extra care of our house and furniture. This is the third time we have used Zerorez to clean our house and will continue to do so in the future.

Service tech was friendly and moved with purpose. Urine spot remover works, but not 100% as we can still see spots. I would give the result about 90% effective.
