I think in the future you should start asking room sizes so customers know when they have an oversized room and can expect extra charge.
Also remind them of hallways and possbile issue with traffic ways needing extra treatment.

The 2 young men who came to do the work were extremely professional. They told us everything we needed to know. We were not sure if the carpet was wool. They checked all the carpets before any work was started. The finished product was better than expected. The carpets were probably over 30 years old. The cost of the job was fantastic. I would definately use them again and recommend them to everyone.
