I am very pleased with the service and my carpet hasn't looked this good in years.
They came on time as promised. The gentleman who came wore shoe covers when he came into our house and even had protectors that kept the hose from dragging on the floors. He was very respectful and considerate of our home and we greatly appreciate it. A wonderful experience and we are glad that we chose Zerorez!
I like that there is no smell left behind. Other services I have used use a cleaning solution that makes the carpet smell good for a moment but over all they smell works then before I had them cleaned. I also like the it deep cleans the carpet it’s just not in the surface. I have used zerorez for years and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Easy and quick to get an appointment; employee confirmed a delay in his arrival time; employee was knowledgeable and explained the three steps in the cleaning process; employee clarified his understanding of work to be done; employee was very courteous.
What we don't like - Even after vacuuming, sections of carpet fibers feel coarse underfoot, especially where stain work was done, as if there is residue of the cleaning product or too much water was used. One stained spot in a bedroom took three days to dry. Granted, the carpet is 14 years old and only had two prior cleanings.
