We are so happy with the service provided by Zerorez. We left town and were able to coordinate with the company over the phone regarding entry and billing. We had a very easy time communicating and when we returned from our trip the carpets looked fantastic. Some stains that we hadn’t been able to get out ourselves were gone and the carpets looked great! Zerorez cleaned multiple bedrooms, living room, hallways and stairs for a very reasonable price. We’d use them again with no hesitation.

Carpets are clean and dry without residue.
I really liked the extra efforts to protect the doorways using the guard plates.
However, the pet odor treatment didn't really address the dander left behind.

Brandon was very courteous and was listening to my instructions carefully. Good job cleaning especially the vinyl floor in the kitchen and laundry area.
Hardwood high traffic areas were done well. I was aware that scratches were not going to be removed with just cleaning.
Only issue was a bit rough on my newly painted walls and kitchen cupboard. I was able to wipe them down so did not needing new paint! One corner down the hall was roughed up with blue color, and the front door threshold fresh paint was chipped.
I was happy with the service and coming in a timely manner.
