You’re always great and do a great job.

The service and product is great, but we still see spots in the carpet that the technician did not focus on.
He was there to do a large hallway, master bedroom and stairs, but it seems he did just a basic cleaning but didn’t do any spot treatment and I even pointed out the spots that we were hoping to get out. For $330, it looks like a nicely vacuumed area, but it did not get all the spots out.

Very easy to schedule and everyone was professional and polite from beginning to end. My couch is so clean now!! Very happy with the process and results :)

William did a great job very thorough.

The products used seem to be environmentally friendly. They dry fast. In fact to my surprise, they were dry with in 24 hours.
The prior 3 times we have had them professionally cleaned with shampoo and water extraction they took 3 days to dry, and the ripples left by the application of water took even longer to go away. We were told, by the company who clean our rugs all three times prior, that we might need to have them restretched . We thought this was a
caused by a flawed characteristic of our rugs. Because of this we only scheduled cleaning in the middle of August on predicted hot days.

With the zero-rez technology as our carpets got dry the original colors of the multicolored yarns look more vibrant, which seems to indicate the carpets are much cleaner than they ever have been.

Our technicians were cordial and seemed to genuinely care about answering our questions and giving us the best service they had to offer. That is why we gave them the highest rating of 10.

Thus far, and we've used you quite a while, ALL the individuals that have come have been friendly, thorough, done a good job and been cooperative.
Rugs look beautiful when they are done.

My only complaint that sometimes (not this last time) their water source has leaked out on our wood floor and left spots. Unfortunately when it was noticed it was too late to do anything about it. So we live with the spots.

Now I make sure that there is a towel around the connection or suggest the problem to them.

This time we had a couple of spots that we were told probably wouldn't come out (after they had left and I noticed them). However, they sent someone back (a very NICE someone) and he eliminated one of them and lightened the other. That made an impression on us.

We have no plans to change company's as we have been very satisfied with Zerorez.
