I like how the cleaning does not soak the carpet and pad. I also appreciate they will come back for free if a stain comes back up. I recently had to have this done for some challenging pet stains. The stains came back unfortunately even after the 2nd cleaning.
I just hit it with Spot Shot and it’s gone rather than ask for a 3rd re-do. Too bad Zerorez products could not address that. He did say he would come back (for a fee) and try a different product.
The good thing is the carpet does not smell at all where the stains were (a win)
Our technician was very kind and knowledgeable. Our three bedrooms were cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Will definitely be scheduling again in the future!
