After some initial scheduling hiccups, the technician did a wonderful job on our carpets. He really worked hard on some of our stained areas and made significant improvements. Overall, we were very pleased with the result and not a very reasonable price.

I have a strong sensitivity to almost any chemicals and odors in the air from them, and so I tried this company because of the cleaning process they use. I have detected absolutely no chemicals or odors, or any other residue left behind from the cleaning process, excellent!

Person who came was very knowledgeable about the company and their products. My furniture is over 20 yrs old and when he was done it looked like new. The arms of the chair were still a little soiled but I would say that area will never come totally clean.
