Since we have twin toddlers who play on the floor, we love the fact that only the electrically charged water was used on our carpet. We had just had our carpet cleaned 3 months prior from another company. It took four days to dry and did not look or smell clean afterwards. An amazing amount of dirt and soap came out when the zerorez tech cleaned our carpet.
The tech gave me an impressive demonstration about how the charged water worked. There was a clear tube inn the hose so that I could see what came out of our carpet. I have never had such a polite tech in my home who wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his work.
