cleaning soap looks beautiful thank god u came back into business customer for life and the guy that cleaned our carpet on Saturday did a wonderful job totally knew what he was doing no shortcuts Kudos!!!!!

The customer service was great. I need to switch days so I could be the first client of the day because I have a seven month old and needed the living room to be dry before the evening. Lack of chemicals.
First, stains (including pet stains) did not reappear after the carpet dried. It looked clean when Sean, the technician, left, and it continues to look clean. Second, there was absolutely no residual odor or fragrance. We have chemical sensitivity in our household, so no fragrance is great. It just smelled clean. "Zerorez" is a very good description. I won't bother calling anyone else again.
