I did the walk in white socks test and the socks came out clean! I would definitely recommend Zerorez. I like the water system with no soap scum. The technician was polite and did an excellent job.

On time, quick, responsive, good job
Zero residue, carpet cleaner man was thoughtful, helpful, and a great guy, doesn't smell, no bad chemicals, even the protectant is non-toxic, cleans well, over all very happy with what you guys did with our carpets.
We appreciated the quality service provided by Akash and Shawn. They were courteous and professional technicians who were prompt and punctual to the scheduled appointment time. They called ahead to let us know they were en route. Once on site, they did a thorough and efficient job cleaning our carpets at a reasonable price.
My only minor issues were:
1) Akash had advised me that the office staff would be contacting me by phone to arrange for payment but no one has apparently called us yet.
2) We attempted to contact the Zerorez business office by phone (at their advertised 425-453-ZERO number) and speak directly with authorized staff regarding payment. Instead, I had to leave a message with an answering service which I am concerned may not have been not relayed. Prior to the service date, we had also been unable to directly contact the business office with a scheduling question.

My daughter's wedding was in a week and company was coming. With everything else to do I realized I had neglected to have my carpets cleaned. I had heard ads for Zerorez on the radio and liked the fact that chemicals were not used. I called on a Saturday and reached the answering service. I was told someone would call me on Monday, so was surprised when Anthony called me a half hour later. He said he kept in touch with his service, and hearing the urgency in my call, he managed to fit me in to a tight schedule. The person who came was prompt and courteous, and did a great job cleaning my wool carpets. There was no chemical or perfume odor, just a fresh clean smell. My company said the carpets looked like they were brand new! I was totally happy with Zerorez service!

No detergent left behind in the carpet
The service technician did an excellent job - super friendly and professional. He explained the treatments/services as he was doing them, why they work and what was going on. My carpet looked brand new when he was done, and now a few weeks later - it still looks great. No chemicals, no weird smells, no residue. Just beautiful, fluffy and soft CLEAN carpets!
