The carpets are cleaner than I've ever had after another company (mainly Stanley Steamer) has cleaned them. Also, the customer service was fantastic! Honestly, I felt like this particular contractor knew what he was doing, understood carpet, what it would take to clean it, etc. He took the time and did it right.

Friendly staff all the way from phone to technician at time of cleaning
On time for appointment. Clear explanation of work to be done. Accurate assessment of carpet type and required cleaning process/method. Revision of price downward based on actual dimensions of carpet. I over-estimated from memory when I made appointment when not at home to measure.
When they came to pick up a large area rug to clean there was an unexpected large stain beneath it that was quite shocking. Without a pause, the guy offered to "try and soak it out" for free. As he worked, I noticed a couple of other small stains that had either soaked through the rug/were there before we laid it down, I asked if he could spot those as well. He was pleased to do it and everything came out beautifully. I have always been very pleased with the service, the calls ahead and after to assure prompt arrival times and to make sure services were fine. It is a great company I plan to reuse and would recommend highly.

I was impressed with the mindfulness in protecting the surroundings so the hoses and cords did not damage the room during the cleaning process. The complete explanation of the process was appreciated and Brandon was quite pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. It was welcomed to have no scent or odor that lingered.....just a fabulously clean carpet.

I love how clean our carpets and furniture are! Our couch hasn't looked this clean in years. The protective sealant will ensure this couch will not be ruined by my two boys. I also love that the water is chemical free so it is safe for my baby to be around. I particularly love how Zerorez was able to get the cat urine smell out of a particularly urine soaked hallway! The smell is gone! It did what my upright steam cleaner could not. Thank you for saving our carpet!
