Kashi (name spelling?) was right on time, did a very thorough job, and explained everything. Carpet came out better than I expected due the nature of our business and it never had been cleaned in 5 years.

I appreciate that you try to use green products that are less damaging to our environment. Service was excellent. Your representative kept checking with me to ensure I was satisfied and did a great job explaining the process. The only negative was that it took over 24 hours for my mattress to dry. Still, this is not enough to prevent me from using your services again or recommending you to others.

From the moment I contacted Zerorez, I was met with a warm greeting that was accompanied by a very helpful receptionist named Amanda. She thoroughly covered what their service provided, how it differed from other carpet cleaning services and reasured me when the logistics and timing were a concern I had, that we'd get it done together. She explained that they used no chemicals which was one of the things that drew me to them when I heard their Ad on the radio station 105.3.

Communication with the Tech Brandon was great and our meeting up went very smoothly. He went over the process with me answering any questions I had and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets which I will be moving to. With the chemical free aspect of the process they use, I know my grandchildren will be safe playing on the floor.

I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Their cost is very reasonable.

When the nice young fellow arrived and while he was there was very courteous, answered my questions and even did an extra job that I hadn't discussed in my initial call for carpet cleaning. Yes, if the carpets stay spot free (don't return in same place) as you have advertised, I'll definitely use your services again. I might be interested in the wood floor cleaning when that is available (the receptionist told me that you aren't doing that at this time).
