I liked the honesty and forthrightness of your technician, Brandon Walrath. He 'warned' me of possible problems I may have with some spots and marks returning in the carpet if he was not able to get everything 'out'. True to his word, this past week I have noticed some of the sports/marks are returning and areas of the entrance to rooms are looking dark and dingy. This carpet has been in my condo for nearly 16 years and wear and tear is taking its toll. I have already Zerorez to friends that I was satisfied with the work done. Thank you Zerorez!

Instantly, I was impressed by the website when I did a search to call for service. Then the person on the other end of the call was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and had me and my friend scheduled out. I was a bit apprehensive about the technicians coming in to my home as during my research when choosing a company, I had read some horror stories on Yelp about slovenly drunkards caught rifling through bedroom drawers...you just never know what kind of people you are letting in to your home! I must say the best part of the overall experience was with the two technicians who provided the service in my home. Impeccable, professional and respectable gentlemen who immediately bootied upon entrance and were up front with cost and provided me their best rate to ensure all areas were able to be covered. I like that no chemicals were used and that a simple demo showed us how the Zerorez solution works!

The service was outstanding!! Alex was such a nice guy. I was originally scheduled for a Saturday appointment but Zerorez had to cancel;there guy received an injury at the previous job but they scheduled someone to come first thing Monday morning. I was concerned because I had to be at a job and was worried he wouldn't finish in time for me to get to my job on time, however he got it done in plenty of time. Alex did an amazing job. Evenessa got rid of the pet pee spot on my couch. I especially love that you do such a great job that is toxin free. Thanks Zerorez!

Cleans carpets without harmful chemicals or soap that leaves a residue. I was skeptical but optimistic, and the process did leave my carpets looking much cleaner.
