although it has only been a few days since my carpet was cleaned (and haven't yet experienced the benefits of "no residue" cleaning), I am fairly happy with the way the carpets are looking. Much brighter and the drying time was amazingly fast (used fans to enhance drying time). The stains that were a concern, unfortunately, are still there so this is somewhat of a disappointment. And one of the stains on the stairs is actually more prominent. The technician explained that some stains might do this and "old stains" are hard (and in my case) sometimes impossible to remove, as they are set in over time. Oh well. Overall the carpet is brighter and time will tell about the no residue benefit. The technician was pleasant, worked hard and did the best he could. Your office staffer who booked the appointment was very nice and accomodated my request to have my carpets cleaned during a very busy week for your business. I appreciated that effort, so will recommend your business to others...:)
