The carpets came out even cleaner than I had hoped! The tech did an amazing job with the stains from the previous owners. He even got bright blue paint out from beige carpet. Amazing! He took care to go through and use a black light to discover pet stains, too. He was thorough and professional and worked right through until it was all done. I will use them again for sure!
Just had our carpets cleaned yesterday and have already referred an associate to you. We weren't sure how well residue free would clean, but it's the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. my carpet looked very clean, I wasn't to happy that I couldn't put my furniture back until the next morning, It was still wet up to 11 hours.
Kenneth was awesome! He is an excellent technician and very knowledgeable respectful and professional. All our carpets look great and he was able to get out even some stubborn stains! We will use ZeroRez again in the future and will request Kenneth again for the outstanding job he did!

Service was OUTSTANDING! Technician was friendly, courteous and on-time. I have 4 cats, so my carpets had multiple pets stains and my couch was in need of a deep cleaning. After the service was performed I was amazed at how all of the pet stains were gone from the carpets and my couch looked as good as new. I loved the green cleaning technology and will absolutely have Zerorez back to my home and for future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.
