Our carpets are 19 yrs old and I thought I'd have to buy new carpeting for the house; the existing carpets were dull, dingy, and had many stains. I heard the advertisement on KIRO Radio and thought I'd give Zerorez a try before considering redoing the house with new carpets. I'm glad I did! The carpets look absolutely amazing! Very concientious and caring and they did a great job.
We are now a shoes off household. I don't know enough about the technology to say what I like about the products but my carpet looks great and feels awesom under my bare feet.

Staff was very willing to re-arrange their cleaning schedule for the day, due to my afternoon availability restrictions. Staff member who cleaned was very clear on what they were going to do, very efficient and let me know that if anything "bled" up from the carpet pad, they would be happy to come and take care of it. The carpet (and the upholstery cleaning) was exceptional! Everything looks clean and new.
Curtis arrived on time and was both courteous and professional. The carpet was cleaned expertly. It had not been cleaned for 17 years and the Zerorez system cleaned it up and made it look great. Thank you Zerorez.

I called and talked to Heidi about the fact that there is some rippling in our livingroom carpet. She said she would have someone (Anthony) call and no one did call. The rippling seems to be getting better, but it would have been nice to have a return call with suggestions about what we should do about it.
