The person that did the job was very friendly and professional. He did a fabulous job! The cost to clean the carpets was great. The carpets dried quickly. The carpets look great with the exception of one room. The stains from a cat which were localized appear to be spread out on the carpet.

My carpet was embarrassing - it was pretty worn when we bought the house and got even worse when we got a dog. I was really impressed with how well the carpet turned out after cleaning. The tech was really friendly and knew a lot about flooring. And I appreciate that I didn't have to suffer through a big sales pitch for extra charges - I only had to decline once. I will be calling you again soon to clean the rest of the rooms in my house!
