I was extremely impressed by your customer service. I submitted a web request for an appointment after hearing an ad on the radio, and received a call within about half an hour. You were able to get me in that same weekend, and despite the ominous window of time I was given for when the technician would get there (between 2:00 and 6:00 pm), he called at 1:20 and said he was on his way. He arrived just before 2:00, and three rooms, one staircase, and just about an hour later, he was done. We have 10 years' worth of wear and tear on our carpet, so I wasn't expecting a miracle, but our carpet looks MUCH better. We should have done this years ago, and I think it's something we'll do again fairly regularly to try to prolong the life of our carpet until we can get it replaced (and then we'll need to keep it looking new!). Thank you!

I love that the products zerorez uses are environmental friendly. The carpet dried pretty quickly and the next day I could walk on it in my bare feet and it felt like new carpet again. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was even able to get the pet urine stain out completely. I have paid less with Coit but they were not anything like zerorez. They couldn't get stains out, had to come our twice and charged more and they left the carpet with a sticky residue and didn't even smell clean or fresh. I will use zerorez from now on and will recommend them and Alex to my friends. In fact I already posted a satisfied comment to friends on Facebook.
