The tech/rep was great. He was very polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable (and good at upselling -- we plan to schedule upholstery and tile cleaning). Carpets took a little longer than expected to dry; it did not seem any shorter than what we've experienced with other vendors. One question: the promo special offered a $25 gift card for future service (x2?). Did he factor that in to other services/additional rooms, is it being mailed, etc.? Thank you.

Zerorez took the stress out of moving by being fast, efficient and friendly. I love that all the products are toxic free and the cleaning methods don't do any further damage to the carpet. It's nice to know that my toddler could walk on the carpet with no issues. Thanks Zerorez!

Mark Savchenko, the young fellow that cleaned the carpet, was wonderful to work with. He was very pleasant, thoughtful, thorough, answered our questions, and did a great job. He is a wonderful employee for any business. He demonstrated the iodine test with the two kinds of water and showed us the used water after our cleaning since we were the 1st customers of the day and we saw how much "dirty water" was taken up. So we are very pleased with the system and will give your name out in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

Knowledgeable, friendly & courteous service. Superior cleaning to anything I could attempt. (And I have certainly tried!) I called to have my carpets cleaned, which they did a fabulous job. When I found that they could clean and seal my slate floors I was thrilled. The 20 year old slate floors look new again!

I am so pleased with Zerorez. I had used another carpet cleaning service but was not happy with them because they did a sloppy job and didn't take any time to explain anything to me. In addition, it smelled like chemicals afterwards. Not so with Zerorez! Alex, of Zerorez, was my carpet cleaner. He took time to explain things to me, worked hard to clean my carpets, and no smell. My carpets are 10 years old and look almost brand new!! I'll never go anywhere else for my cleaning needs. In fact, I'm booking an appointment for Zerorez to do my tile. They are wonderful and it's more environmentally friendly, a big plus for me.

The clean smell after its dried and using science of water and electrolytes give me a clean carpet. I used them in Omaha Nebraska!
