The concept of no soap and detergent is good. The process went well. Eric was very friendly and explained things well. Communication when the appointment was made was not complete. I asked about our vacuuming the rug before they came and was told that they would do that before they shampooed and that was not the case. Therefor the rug did not get vacuumed before the shampoo.

Dedication to completeness and cleanliness. Our heavily treaded carpets have been "cleaned" by other companies before, but they seem to cause more wear than before. Anthony came in and removed so much of the dirt and stains that the carpet looks newer than it had in a long time.
