No residue

I love the lack of chemicals, seems there are plenty in our world these days and I love this system. Alex did a great job for us yesterday and spent so much time trying to bring life back to our carpet. Wouldn't even charge us for the stain removal since he couldn't get the stains out! So now we know new carpet is in our future but Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner we will ever use. Also excited to try the wood floor clean/restore in a few weeks! Thanks Alex!

Your technician, Eric Moisant, was courteous and professional. He took his time to do a careful job and there were no problems with our carpets. He answered all my questions. The cost estimate was exact, so I also appreciated that.
