I was very pleased with the booking process - the woman who reserved my appointment was very informative and patient with me as i measured the square footage of each room. The technician spent 5 hours here, and was prompt, friendly, informative, thorough, and was able to add upholstery cleaning to my appointment on the spot. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

The very first impression was not a '10' - however. I called the number on the website for my area, and after several rings, was transferred to an answering service who took my phone number to pass along to an employee to return my call. Since I was not able to speak directly to someone, I started looking for other carpet cleaners ASAP. Fortunately I received a call within 5 minutes, but I was just about ready to book with another company I found online. The same happened when I tried to return the call to confirm the appointment - an answering service.

Personnel and method of cleaning is amazing!!

My technician, Sean, was a pleasure to work with - very friendly and prompt. I had wanted a couple of large area rugs cleaned in addition to a carpeted bedroom and Sean suggested he roll up the area rugs and clean them in the carpeted bedroom to ensure the very old wood floors underneath weren't damaged. The cleaning was done very efficiently and the area rugs and carpeted bedroom were completely dry within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.
