Witner did a fantastic job. He worked very hard and was friendly and proactive. We were his last appointment on a Saturday. He worked from 5:30-8pm with a positive, can-do attitude. We had great results and we are very happy with him and with the service in general.

The (normal) carpets turned out great, and no odor that has happened with other cleaning companies in the past. I had heard the commercial on the radio stating it was water only, which with asthma and allergies in the house I appreciate this approach.

The technician allied to say about what time he would arrive. He was on time. The technician explained what he would be cleaning and how he would proceed. The leather chair and loveseat were cleaned and looked great. The carpet cleaning was great. The carpet was clean and soft, traffic patterns were gone. It all was done very well and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Zerorez. I will have them back again. I’m hoping Zerorez will become a local company in the Olympia area.
My service was excellent the associate who came out to clean my carpet was very informal he gave me lots of information about my carpet and how to keep them clean.

Top notch service. Carpets came out wonderful! Scheduling was easy and they were even able to get a nasty chili stain completely out of light colored carpet! Highly recommend!

No chemicals in cleaning is very important to me, and the carpet is just as clean or cleaner than it ever got with traditional cleaning.
