The technician was on time and professional and the results were excellent! We had 4 different processes/flooring types and all were done with the desired results. The wool area rugs look new and feel soft and the tiled and wood flooring looks great too. We have used Zerorez Puget Sound two times and had good results both times!

i am so pleased with my carpets. I had thought that i wanted to replace them since i had a path down my hallway that I havent been able to get rid of for years and many different cleaners do my carpet. even when you did the carpets a few years ago the path down the hallway still showed up some. When Dominic came to do the carpets he discussed with me on what i needed cleaned and he was able to tell me what he could do. When I came home and saw the carpets I couldn't beleive how they looked. They looked like they were brand new and the path down the hallway was gone. I am so pleased and happy with the results. Would like to give a personal thanks to Dominic. Looking forward to having you clean my carpets when they need to be done again.

The service tech was prompt, efficient, and very hard working. Our house was a big job but he came in, offered some suggestions and quickly started working. He worked very hard and turned our gray-white carpeting back into beautiful creamy-white carpeting. We're both thrilled with the results!
