I called just days before I was leaving town with two pieces of upholstered furniture that I wanted cleaned to take to our new home. It was a last resort, as our carpet cleaner couldn’t find the time to fit this in ahead of our move. I was relieved when it was scheduled so quickly, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The technician came on time and was both efficient and thorough.
