the technician was very pleasant to work with. he checked for spot and used his brush pro on areas and took extra time on the walk areas. the carpet and stairs dried in about 5.5 hours. I did request a 6 month check up with the tech.

Jesus was an exemplary technician. He was professional yet friendly. He gave information on maintaining my carpets and was very thorough.

I was able to get a quote for cleaning my business carpets very quickly and got the appointment to do the work right away. Both technicians were very polite and super efficient. My carpeted area is rather large and between the 2 technicians they got it done in about 3 hours. MY carpet looks amazing! They also did our 5 bathroom tile floors and they look like new. There is virtually no odor when they are done. Just a nice clean smell. It didn't take hours and hours to dry. Great experience overall.

My carpet always looks so clean and stays clean longer than with other services…the staff are always friendly and often share helpful tips…I will use them regularly…..however, it would be nice if when emailed specials the prices mentioned would hold true for everyone…or some notice included letting use know we live in an area that has a $250 minimum charger no matter what the emailed special was
