I had my white living room carpet cleaned and it looks great! I have used Zerorez for carpet and upholstery cleaning in the past and will use them every time I need the service. The technician, Dre, was very professional and thorough. Dre did a walk through to make sure everything looked good. I highly recommend Zerorez!

I like the way you clean my rug a year ago when you massage the lotion into the carpet yesterday you didn't do that and my carpet does not look as clean and now you guys have to come back I was never told there was an extra charge for this now the first time you came it was included in your service had I known you were charging extra I would have paid for it so I get my rug completely clean not really sure about your business plan you should let customers know there's a charge for this and then we can choose whether or not we want to do it I will recommend you and I will warn any friends I tell to make sure and ask a lot of questions because they won't get the answers evidently unless they do thank you we will have you back again now that I've learned the game
