The carpets do not get soggy wet and dry relatively quickly without using a fan. No chemical smell. The operator was quick and efficient.
The Zerorez team did a great job, and were able to save my large area rug (8' x 10') and get it cleaned in time for my VIP's arrival.... My wife.
I had a cat that was very sick and urinated in multiple spots on the rug, and I had to remove it as only got worse. But, it matched the dining room rug I needed to save it because it is no longer made and goes with the décor in my house. Two cleanings with Pet Treatments and I can't smell anything offensive, and they did everything in a week.
