The technician arrived on time and worked very hard. The machine was noisy for our neighbors but the result was very good. Someone had previously tried to get rid of pet stains with an unknown bleach product so the carpet had several light bleach marks and I wonder if there is anything we can do to change?

Our serviceman, Tucker, was very professional, informative and personable. Our carpets definitely look cleaner. We like that it doesn't take long for the carpet to dry after cleaning.
One thing I'd recommend for the future is that when a service person wears booties and has to walk across hardwood flooring to leave the house after cleaning, have them take the booties off so that they don't leave track marks on the floor. Or have them run a Swiffer or something over the floor to clean up the mark because that is what I had to do.
The rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was an exemplary example of what customer service should be. With teenagers, two dogs, and two cats ruling the house, he had his work cut out for him. Our carpets looked phenomenal. You have a keeper!
