Technician Alec Jacobs did an outstanding job yesterday. My carpets throughout the house look like brand new. I jut now sent a recommendation to a dear friend who has been wondering who to call for a good, reliable job.

I particularly like that carpet was barely damp when done. And no strong, chemical odor. Best is that even areas showing heavy traffic soil are now lean and fluffy.

On time extremely careful

I was happy that the owner Kyle came out to take care of us when the technician had problems at his previous appointment. Everything looks great except one of our steps going down into the sunken living room. That did not come clean.

Clean smelling and not so bulky as others we have used. plus, Alec was very professional and friendly. really good at his job and felt safe leaving my wife alone with him.

I have never been disappointed with the outcome of my cleaning with Zerorez. This time, as always, the carpets and floors were immaculate. Jay, my cleaner, was outstanding. He was personable and thorough - set high standards. I was frustrated that the other feedback options were only google or facebook, neither of which I use. I wanted to make sure that Jay received the most outstanding rating. Some of choose not to use social media and don't have a google account. I appreciate the reminders that are sent and the communication with the driver to let me know when he will be arriving.
