I love that Zerorez only uses water as their cleaner. No heavy duty products that you may end up having to leave the room or the house because the smell is overpowering. The technician was amazing. He was extremely detailed when telling me everything that was available for my carpets. I loved the fact that the carpet was dried within 8 hours. Other places I have used to clean my carpets, usually took about 24 hours to dry. I will always use Zerorez. Great experience.
