Dominic kept me informed about his arrival time . He was friendly and explained very detailed as to what was going to be done to the carpet.

Only problem is that I could not get the invoice from the email and was told it would be mailed immediately and I have yet to receive.

Scheduling and rescheduling was quick, easy and the person helping me was very kind. They communicated well the whole way through and showed up when they said they would. Floors look great and didn’t feel sticky or overly wet. I’ll definitely have them back!

They always give me good explanations of what they will do and can almost always answer my question. Their job is thorough. They have a number of treatments that they can use if necessary.

The cleaning process was excellent, leaving the carpet free of heavy chemicals. The drying time was also shorter as a result of their method.

Best pet odor clean I've had in a while! There are still some minor stains but haven't noticed any lingering odors, and I so appreciate that.

Zerorez customer care is top notch. We recently had Zerorez come out to treat some stubborn spots that came back after a cleaning. Our carpet tech, Devin, evaluated the best way to treat these spots and they are all gone. Zerorez wants their customers to be satisfied, and I am!

I love how clean my carpets are!!! So much better than other carpet services!! And even with all of the accidents from our geriatric dog our carpet doesn't smell anymore!!! Will definitely keep using this service.
