The home we were cleaning up for resale looked like nobody cleaned the carpet in a very long time. I was worried about some spots that were in the living room and one of the bedrooms. This technician, Joaquin’s C. Came out, took a walk through and gave me some options on cleaning it. The chemicals he used made the carpeting about five times brighter and there was no odor afterward, he was fast and efficient and was done in about two hours. What a great addition to your company.

We were very pleased with Kyle. He provided information as to the care of our carpet and did a very thorough job. The carpets did take longer than 6 hours to dry, but we just left the furniture off the furniture overnight and it was great the next day.

Our carpets downstairs are only a year and half old, but with kids not listening and brining food and drinks down, spills and stains occurred in the main 3 areas and stairs. In addition we had a flood that affected two big areas and even though we had dryers and our own carpet cleaning they still needed help. I called because of an ad advertising a special and when the technician showed up, he suggested other services. I admit it was more than I was prepared for, but at the same time he was not pushy at all and just said these are recommendations, basically take them or leave them. Given what happened to the carpets I took them. I will say they came out looking like new! He even showed me pictures of the before and after difference. I was very happy with the service.
Super efficient CASEY came as scheduled. Communication from scheduling end excellent prior to service. Products used on my carpet for my small dogs safety were super clean, not toxic.
Dried in record time. Carpet is like new.

It was a great carpet cleaning. Four carpets done. Dried the same day. I had Casey do the low water volume so the carpet doesn't stretch and dries completely. I have been telling people about Zerorez. I will use your company again.

My carpet turned out very clean. I am happy with the job that was done. My only concern was only one area received the protectant and I was not able to tell that it was applied to the area. I just had to take to person's word for it. That seemed weird to me. However, the carpet looks great, I am very happy with it and would have you come back. Thanks.
