The process really works. Their employees are hard working and well trained. I think they treat their employees well because the employees seem to really like working for zero Rez and that is important to me that employees are treated well and paid appropriately. The only thing I do not like is having a place for providing a tip after you get your carpets cleaned. I never heard of tipping for carpet cleaning or house cleaning or carpentry. If I paid a 20% tip like I would at a restaurant I would be adding $80 to my bill sometimes. I really do not like the fact that a line comes up asking you if you want to leave a tip for this service. It is totally inappropriate. But I think your employees are wonderful I've had different employees come to my house and they have all been great.
