Technician did a nice job. I have a small space so it only took about 1 hour. I meant to move the dining chairs and forgot so he did not clean under the table but I think that was ok. would use you again. Dried really fast. Only a couple of stains he could not get out.

The cleaner ssd very god except all the additionsl charges. I asked the person that answered the call i want the exact same service from 1.5 ys ago and it would be 250. I was charged 360 instead not good

Devin exceeded our expectations on the cleaning of our carpets and upholstery. Lisa commented that she never felt the pile (for the colored carpeting) so "plush". That is the first time that area of carpet had that "feel". We hope to see Devin back the next time we call to have the carpets cleaned.

Great results. A little damp but did dry out as technician said in about 4-10 hours. Tech was considerate, professional, and communicated explanations to us as to expectations, processes, and details about all costs and did so before starting work. Happy with the results and hope to get a year or two more out of the carpet before replacement. This is the second time we've had Zerorez do our carpets so we must be satisfied!
