It's incredible how clean the carpets are and look after the Zerorez service.

Zerorez always does a quick and very good job. However, no one has ever been ever to explain why 3 rooms are $149.00 and 1 area rug 10 x 13 is almost $200.00. A couple cleanings and I can buy a new rug. It was more expensive than last time. Time to look around.

The service person was informative, calling to give estimated time of arrival. He was on time and it was within the window of time originally quoted when service was ordered. Max was friendly and respectful to keeping the area clean before and after cleaning our carpet. Work was done quickly and done well! I am very happy with this company for the first time using them!

Have had my carpets cleaned and the results were amazing (white carpeting in living and dining room). We have moved and wasn't certain ZEROREZ would come this far...they did. I had them do my furniture (never cleaned before). Two leather chairs & ottomans, microfiber La Z Boy sleeper sofa and a La Z Boy recliner. All came clean and ready for Christmas. The representative was professional, cheerful and personable. Am so glad they will come this far as I feel they do a magnificent job

Zerorez was great to have them clean my carpets and chair. The technician that worked at my house was here on a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with.
I felt sorry for him because my living room carpet was really dirty but it looks great now.
