Service was great and the tech (forgot his name) was informative and detailed. We were warned that some high traffic areas may not get 100% of the spots. That was to be expected, but they look so much better. The process was efficient and worth the money spent.

We really appreciated how Luie helped us in making our carpets smell better. We had another contractor come in to do our carpets and afterwards there was a horrible smell after they dried. Thankfully we received our money back and called Zeroez who came out and helped give us the tools we needed to fix the smell. Thank you guys so much!

Our carpets always look so good after they’re cleaned! With 2 dogs, they take a beating. I really like how clean they smell after Zerorez. And there’s no crunch from soap that isn’t rinsed out.
My technician was professional and friendly and did a great job. Stains came out and the carpet looks great.
It's all about getting the right tech. DJ does a great job every time, however the guy who came on one of the previous service visits left hose stains and residue and up-charged us and did not offer the military discount, (which I just learned about with this last service visit) and in general, he just did a quick job. I was convinced my carpets weren't able to get clean like I wanted, but it turns out, it was just the poor service because the next time we used Zerorez a couple months later, we got a different tech and he and the trainer guy got our carpets cleaner than any other tech has.
Jesus did a wonderful job- quick efficient and professional- loved how clean my rugs were after- fresh smelling and looking new! Thank you so much. I had heard great things and was not disappointed! I have an elderly deaf and blind dog and more frequent accidents- so I really needed the cleaning!
