Kyly was awesome! We did a move out carpet clean. Great communication - he gave me his ETA ahead of time, we did a complete walk through, and we reviewed once complete. He let me know the invoice would be sent electronically, confirmed my contact information, and thanked me. During the service he was quick, tried to stay out of my way, and very polite. It was super easy to make an appointment and I was able to get in the same week. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Zerorez has always done a nice job with our carpets and at a competitive price. We've used them three times and will continue to do so.

The carpets dries out after a day, its winter. Last time I have it done by another company, it takes 3 days to dry and it was summer
