Even though I was not there for the cleaning, my brother was. They arrived promptly when they said they would. My brother said that the man was very professional, and when I got home I was very pleased with the improvement. The recliner is old, but he did the best job he could to make it look better. The couch looks so much better as well. I am very please and would recommend your services to anyone.

The technician who worked on our carpets, Hesus, was very friendly and professional. He knew his stuff- we had extra cleaning needs because of our aging dog, and Hesus was able to recommend what we needed but was also conscious of budget as we talked about the options. I appreciated the time he took in pretreatment to make sure all the pet spots would be totally gone and the carpets would be truly clean. He did a fantastic job, the house smelled fresher immediately and the carpets look renewed and feel great underfoot. This was our first experience with ZeroRez and I will definitely call them again in the future and recommend them to friends. Great service, wonderfully clean carpets!
