Easy scheduling. Dominic (service tech) was on time and called ahead as promised. He wore booties and a mask, was thorough and efficient. He did an excellent job. The carpets look great! They are soft and they don’t smell at all. An exponentially better experience than a previous “quick dry” chemical carpet cleaner that left our carpets dirtier than they were beforehand.

My tech (Diandre) was outstanding, prompt, complete, and very knowledgeable. We have recently remodeled and re-painted our house, so I especially liked that he used protection on the bottom corners of our walls to avoid any damage or scuff marks from the equipment he used to complete the job. I will definitely use ZeroRez again the next time we have our carpets cleaned.
