what I liked about my experience with Zerorez is the online booking reservation picking a date that worked for me. Auto emails of confirmation followed twice to confirm plus a text message a day or two ahead of time. This helped me to know they would really be here on the date chosen. on the day of the appointment, I received a call from the technician to confirm the exact time of his arrival.

He wore shoe covers and would take them off everything time he exited the house and would place them back on each time he re-entered the home. We even talked about carpet cleaning and the other services that Zerorez offered which included tile, grout, and countertop cleaning. Payment services was quick and easy as well, as price was agreed upon prior to scheduling service via chat and text messaging. Highly recommended.
