Garret was super friendly and talked through everything he discovered while cleaning the vents (like duct tape closing a vent!). He was also considerate of Covid-19 precautions by wearing a mask, being vaccinated, and adjusting his cleaning plan to not be on the same floor as my toddler for extra safety.

Zerorez has been cleaning my white carpeting for years. The technicians keep getting more knowledgeable and explain what their treatments can clean or won't clean well. On the latest visit, I had dirt under my desk and water stain in the bathroom. The Zerorez treatment made the carpet spotless!

What I mostly liked was how thorough Dominc was. He explained things well and worked calmly and steadily. I had a major pet stain in one room and he suggested a flash-soemthing treatment . I can't quite recall the name for it but it was a deep water clean process and amazingly my terrible pert sustain is gone. I am not a dog so I don't know if the smell is totally gone but I thought I was going to have to replace this carpet and now it has a brand new life. I am so happy!

They went the ‘extra mile’ by cleaning the throw carpets in the hallway. Also, they cleaned my Mom’s recliner chair and then carried it from the garage back into the house. The two gentlemen were very professional and helpful. The service and results were way beyond our expectations!
