EVERYTHING!!!!! My housekeeper thought I put in new carpet! The pet odor from my senior dog who sometimes had a problem getting to the back door on time were completely eliminated. My sister said that was the first thing she noticed when she visited the next day. Great care was taken to protect wall corners and furniture from being scratched by hoses being moved about while cleaning. Never have seen that before by any other carpet cleaner I have had in the past.

However I wasn't happy with the mix-up twice on the phone over the time of the appointment. The technician was scheduled at the original, incorrect time. In half an hour I had to move all the chairs and furniture out of the way without help from my friend. I had shoulder surgery a few months before and it caused pain in my shoulder for several days.

The service was great. The technician showed up on time and worked efficiently. He explained all the options for getting my carpet carpet cleaned. He was friendly and professional. He did a very good job!

I am so so happy on the service they did an awesome job and were very friendly and professional I will definitely get my carpets cleaned by you next year.
